WAMSLEY, Harold - Of Flint, age 60, passed away peacefully in his sleep Sunday, May 13, 2012 at Brian's House in Davison.
A Memorial Service will be held at 2pm Saturday, May 19, 2012 at the Swartz Funeral Home, 1225 West Hill Road, Flint,
Reverend Lawrence Gill officiating.
Cremation has taken place.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the family.
Visitation 12 noon Saturday until the time of the service at the funeral home.
Harold was born in Amarillo, Texas on January 2, 1952, the son of Doris (Schluckebier) and the late Carl Wamsley.
Surviving are daughter, Angela (James) Snyder of Virginia;
Grandchildren, Aimey Day, Victoria Austin and Falicia Windsor and great-grandchildren;
mother, Doris Wamsley;
brothers, Richard (Angie), Alvin (Linda Potter) of Flint, Clifford (Debbie) of Florida, Ivan (Kay) of Swartz Creek and David (Terry) Burton;
sister, Linda (Fred) Smith of Flint;
and many special friends.
He was preceded in death by his son, H.J. Wamsley and step-son, Christopher Oaks.
