RADKE, Betty – of Linden, age 83, went to be with her Savior unexpectedly on Saturday, February 1, 2020.
A funeral service will be held at 4:00 p.m. on Monday, February 10, 2020 at Berean Baptist Church, 6705 Rustic Ridge Trail, Grand Blanc. The family will receive friends at the church from 2:00 p.m. until the time of the service.
Betty was born in Detroit, Michigan, on March 1, 1936, to the late Joseph and Clara (Troeder) Sharp. She married Gerhardt (Gary) Radke on September 22, 1956, and he preceded her in death on April 4, 2003.
Surviving are her children David (Meg) of Apalachin, NY; Ron (Leslie) of Duncanville, TX; and Lori (Dan) Sager of Chicago, IL; grandchildren Jonathan (Erica) Radke, Sara (Luke) Ligon, Rachel (Blair) Kopfstein; Nathan, Sophia, and Lydia Radke; and Jacob Sager; and brother Donald Sharp. She was also preceded in death by her brother Eugene.
Betty attended Berean Baptist Church in Grand Blanc for forty-eight years. She loved spending time with her family, and enjoyed living on Squaw Lake, gardening and talking to the neighbors. Over the years she loved her pet dogs and cats, as well as many other pets in the neighborhood.
