COOK, Robert Marion- Age 76, of Burton, died Tuesday, May 16, 2017. Funeral services will be held 11:00 AM Friday, May 19, at Sharp Funeral Home & Cremation Center, 6063 Fenton Road, Flint. Burial will follow in Crestwood Memorial Cemetery. Visitation will be held 1-8 PM Thursday.
Robert was born May 26, 1940 in Eden, North Carolina, the son of John and Josephine (Walker) Cook. He enjoys working on cars, camping fishing, going to car races and playing the guitar.
Robert is survived by four siblings, Joe (Karen) Cook, Robert (Sheryl) Shelton, Nancy "Betty" (Cephus "Pete") Durham and Kay Byars; several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents; brother, Buck and sister, May.
