Michael J. Latzy of Davison age 58 died Tuesday September 10, 2019 at his residence. A funeral service will be 11:00 am on Saturday September 14, 2019 at Hansen Funeral Home Groves Chapel Downtown Davison. Fr. Andrew Czajkowski officiating with burial to follow at St. John Cemetery. Family will receive visitors Friday September 13, 2019 from 4:00-7:00pm at the funeral home. Those desiring may make contribution in Mike’s memory to the Knight of Columbus, Mentally Impair Children Fund.
Mike was born in Flint, Michigan on June 7, 1961 the son of Bernard and Judith (Fuhst) Latzy and resided in Davison area since 1964. Mike graduated from Davison High School in 1981. Mike had been employed as a salesman for several retail companies and enjoyed securing signatures for many types of voting petitions.
Surviving are parents: Ben and Judy Latzy; sisters: Cheryl and husband Michael Lynch, and Paulette and Michael Reif; and host of extended family. He was preceded in death by brother: Bernard “Bernie” Latzy Jr. in 2013. Please share your condolence at www.HansenFuenralHome.net
