FISHBURN, Emma J. (Hall) - of Palm City, FL, age 70, died Monday, March 11, 2013 at her residence. Funeral services will be held at 10AM on Saturday, March 16, 2013 at the O'Guinn Family Funeral Home in Clio. Pastor Ron Shamel officiating. Burial in Flint Memorial Park. Friends may call at the funeral home on Friday from 4-8PM and Saturday from 9AM until the time of service at 10AM. Contributions may be made to the family.
Emma was born September 11, 1942 in Paducah, KY to the late George and Leola (McReynolds) Hall. She lived in Mt. Morris and was a 1960 graduate of Mt. Morris High School. Emma married Charles Fishburn. Mrs. Fishburn was a real-estate broker and also worked at General Motors for many years. She was a private pilot, a scuba diver and a world champion snowmobile racer.
Surviving are: husband, Charles of Palm City, FL; sons Mark (Heather) Martin, John Fishburn, Charlie (Nicky) Fishburn, Beth (Mark) Hallett, Mandy (Fred) Acomb; grandchildren, Madison, Macy, Marina, Mark, Cori, Sam, Kathy, Takezo, Anne, Holly, Charlise, Max, Gracy, Mike, Hanna and Jacob; siblings, Betty Mills, Charlie (Sue) Hall, Debbie (Dave) Ford, Mike (Sue) Hall; sister in law, Cheryl Krugh; many nieces and nephews; loving friend Linda Frances; and her furry family, Beau and Bambi.
