VIELE, Mary Ann – Of Clio, age 69, died Monday, October 10, 2016 at her residence.
Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 11 a.m. Wednesday, October 19, 2016 at St. Charles & Helena Catholic Church, 230 East Vienna Street, Clio, Father Ken Coughlin officiating.
Burial New Calvary Catholic Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to Genesee County chapter of the American Heart Association.
Visitation 4-8 p.m. Monday and Tuesday at the Swartz Funeral Home, 1225 West Hill Road.
Mrs. Viele will be at the church from 10 a.m. Wednesday until the time of the Mass.
Mary Ann was born in Flint, Michigan on March 1, 1947, the daughter of Nicholas and Mary (Kubza) Gresock.
She married Terry Viele on January 29, 1967.
Surviving are son, Eric and wife Julie Viele of Saginaw;
daughter, Rachel Viele of Texas;
two grandchildren, Brandon Viele and Jose Perez;
two brothers, John and wife Christine Gresock of Honor, Michigan and Francis Gresock of Mississippi;
brothers-in-law, Garry and wife Nancy Viele, Dennis and wife Delores Viele, Tony and Jill Chaulkin;
many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Terry, on October 27, 2005.
