BULLY, Douglas Earl – of Burton, MI, age 77, passed away Sunday, January 19, 2020. Cremation has taken place. A Memorial Service will be held 1 PM Friday, January 24, 2020 at Allen Funeral Home, 9136 Davison Road, Davison, MI 48423; Rev. Harold Schneider officiating. The family will receive visitors 11 AM-1 PM Friday, January 24, 2020 at Allen Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Hurley Medical Center Pediatric Hematology Oncology Clinic or to the Vietnam Veterans Memorial Fund, in memory of Doug.
Doug was born in Flint, MI on April 6, 1942, son of the late Earl and Grace (Trigger) Bully. He retired from General Motors in 1994 after 34 years of service.
Doug is survived by his wife of 40 years, Josephine Bully; 4 children, Amy (Harry) Lloyd, Christine (Chuck) Hodson, Sandy (Carol) Biggs and Kelly Csutoras; 10 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; sister, Sharon Bully; close friends, Joe (Lana) Caballero; many other loving family members and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, Earl and Grace Bully; son, Matthew Bully and great-grandson, Knox Bennett.
