ADLE, Jean Marie - Of Mt. Morris, age 85, died Tuesday, April 23, 2024 at her residence.
Funeral service will be held 11am Monday, April 29, 2024 at the Swartz Funeral Home, 1225 West Hill Road, Flint,
Pastor Jim Pryor officiating.
Cremation will take place following the service with inurnment at Flint Memorial Park at a later date.
Visitation 4-8pm Sunday at the funeral home.
Jean was born in Richfield Township, Michigan on December 11, 1938, the daughter of the late Henry and Edna (Maxfield) Selleck. She married Bill Adle in Mt. Morris, Michigan and he preceded her in death on September 17, 1996. Jean was a member of Richfield Road United Brethren in Christ Church for many years. She was employed with Swartz Funeral Home for 16 years. Jean was a very compassionate and caring person who loved people and giving out hugs. Jean gave out the best hugs. She enjoyed trips to the casinos, going to estate sales and cherished the car trips with her daughter. Above all else, she loved being with her family.
Surviving are children, Brenda, Greg (Stephanie) and Melinda (Gary);
Grandchildren, Amber, Cameron (Caitlin), Emily (Joshua), Abbie, Kevin (Jessica), Lindsay and Kaylee;
And several beloved great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her son-in-law, David and several siblings.
