Funeral service will be held 2 pm, Thursday, May 25, 2017 at Dodds Dumanois Funeral Home and Cremation Center, 901 Garland St. Flint, MI 48503. Family will receive visitors from 12 noon-8pm, Wednesday at the funeral home. Burial in Crestwood Cemetery. Pastor Sarah LaRose-Nettell officiating. Irene loved to travel, was a social gambler, enjoyed and was a member of the Red Hat Society. Irene brought happiness to all who encountered her. She is survived by her son William and wife Julia, grandchildren Brianna Kirby, Ariel Luxton, Joseph Burgess, great grandson Kane Luxton. Irene was preceded in death by her beloved husband John Feb.9, 2013 and 2 daughters Penny and Sally. |
