DALE, Arlene – of Grand Blanc, age 74, passed away Wednesday, May 23, 2012 at Brian’s House. Funeral services will be held 9:30 a.m. Tuesday, May 29, 2012 at Brown Funeral Home, 1480 E. Hill Road, Grand Blanc, MI with Chaplain Hal Hughey officiating. Burial at Great Lakes National Cemetery. Visitation 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Saturday and Sunday. The family request no visitation on Monday in observance of Memorial Day. Memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimer’s Association. Mrs. Dale was born February 22, 1938 in Flint, Michigan the daughter of the late Howard LeCroix and Ruth (Severns) Coon. She graduated from Bendle High School in 1955. She had been a member of Berean Baptist Church and was a retired employee of Meijer’s. On November 25, 1978 Arlene was united in marriage to Donald W. Dale.Arlene also raised three wonderful children. Surviving are: husband, Donald; children, Steve (Tammy) Bearup, Kristina (Michael) Contos, and Jeffrey (Beth) Bearup; grandchildren, Kandis, Kasondra, Samuel, James, Jennifer, and Chandler. Mrs. Dale was preceded in death by her parents and by her brother, Howard Raymond Coon. Condolences may be shared with the family at www.brownfh.com |
