GRUBB, David Duane - Of Burton, age 58, died Monday, June 10, 2019 at his residence.
Funeral service will be held 1pm Friday, June 14, 2019 at the Swartz Funeral Home, 1225 West Hill Road, Flint,
Dr. Gary R. Glanville officiating.
Burial in Flint Memorial Park.
Visitation 1-8pm Thursday and 12 Noon Friday until the time of the service at the funeral home.
David was born in Valdosta, Georgia on November 15, 1960, the son of Dale and Joyce (Mathers) Grubb. On September 6, 1980, he married Tina Marie Swearingen in Flint. David was a co-owner of Creative Gardens Landscape. He loved to bowl, hunt and landscape.
Surviving are wife, Tina;
daughter, Amy (Steve) Graham;
sons, Chris (Michelle)and Matthew (Laura);
grandchildren. Tyler, Zackary, Kylie, Teagan, Josh, Skylar, Sydney, Ainsley, Brooklyn, and Adalynn;
father, Dale Sr.;
brothers, Dale Jr. (Barb) and Dennis (Cathy);
sisters, Dora Sturk and Debi (John) Wickham.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Joyce Grubb and brother-in-law, Dennis Sturk.
