CONRAD, Bonnie Marie - age 72, of Swartz Creek, died Friday, May 31, 2019 at McLaren - Flint. A Memorial Mass will be celebrated 11 AM Saturday, June 15, 2019 at St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church, 600 N. Adelaide St., Fenton with Rev. Fr. Robert Copeland celebrant. The family will receive friends from 3 PM - 8 PM Friday at Sharp Funeral Homes, Fenton Chapel, 1000 W. Silver Lake Rd., Fenton where a rosary will be prayed at 7 PM Friday. Those desiring may make memorial contributions to Family Service Agency of Mid-Michigan, 1422 W. Court St. Flint, MI 48503 (https://fsamich.org/). Bonnie was born September 16, 1946 in Pontiac, the daughter of Charles and Maybelle (Squires) Gannon. She was a graduate of Holy Redeemer High School and Mott Community College. Bonnie married Homer Conrad on May 5, 2001 in Ft. Myers, FL. She worked for the Family Service Agency of Mid-Michigan and operated an in-home day care for 33 years. Bonnie was past-president of Michigan GFWC, was an avid painter, artist and enjoyed shopping and going to the casino. Surviving are: husband, Homer of Swartz Creek; three sons, Jerry (Barbara) Todd of Fenton, David (Elizabeth) Todd of Lansing, and James (Michelle) Todd of Grand Rapids; adopted son, Dan (Kelly) McEnrue; three step-children, Robbin (Jeff) Ouimet of Rochester Hills, Randy (Jill) Conrad of Boca Raton, FL, and Rhonda Conrad of Swartz Creek; 13 grandchildren; four sisters, Patti (John) Haner, Lynne (Dennis) Gauthier, Connie (David) Piacentini, and Margaret (David) Glover; many nieces and nephews.
