CRUPPENINK, Frank Eugene - Of Birch Run, age 83, died Wednesday, March 14, 2012 at his residence. Funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, March 17, 2012 at the Swartz Funeral Home, 1225 West Hill Road, Flint. Burial in Evergreen Cemetery with a military graveside service under the auspices of VFW Post #822 Honor Guard. Contributions may be made to Genesys Hospice. Visitation 11-8p.m. Friday and 10 a.m. Saturday until the time of the service at the funeral home. Frank was born in Westville, Illinois on August 3, 1928. He served in the U.S. Army. He was a member of UAW Local #651. Frank was an electrician at AC Spark Plug Division for 36 years, retiring in 1983. Surviving are his wife, Mary; children, Rick and wife Becky of Fenton, Randy and wife Mitzi of Flint, Robin and husband David Morse of Gaines and
Rhonda Foley of Flint; step-son, James Guerin of Saginaw;
8 grandchildren; 4 great-grandchildren; brother, Ronald and wife, Sally; sister, Vicki and husband Jerry Seymour; several nieces and nephews.
