Angela Rodriquez Tijerina – of Montrose, age 94, died Tuesday, February 18, 2020. Funeral Service will be held at 11:00 AM Tuesday, February 25, 2020 at O’Guinn Family Funeral Home in Montrose. The family will receive visitors on Monday, February 24, 2020 from 1:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Tuesday from 10:00 AM until time of service at 11:00 AM at the O’Guinn Family Funeral Home in Montrose. Memorial contributions can be made to the family for future designation.
Angela was born October 8, 1925 in San Antonio, Texas to the late Gamaliel and Josephine (Campos) Rodriquez. She has resided in the Montrose area for the past 62 years. Prior to her retirement she worked as a Home Health Aide for 15 years. Angela enjoyed gardening, embroidery, and being surrounded by her loving family.
Surviving are: Fidencio Tijerina, Eva Wheeler, David (Mary) Tijerina, Alice (Howard) Patterson; 6 Grandchildren, Ernie Wheeler, Melissa (Doug) Gilbert, Stella (Rick) Bone, Toni (John) Ledesma, Chelsea Tijerina, Nicholas Patterson; 4 Great-Great Grandchildren.
