Cynthia Anne Ide, 65 passed away Saturday, September 29, 2018 surrounded by her loving family.
Cindy was born March 8, 1953 in Owosso, MI to Earl (Margaret) Clapp. She was a loving, caring
mother to all. She was a Jill of all trades, from being a truck driver to a business owner, but her
passion was being a homemaker. She enjoyed spending time with her family & friends. She
especially enjoyed playing with her grandchildren. Cindy enjoyed playing computer games and
watching NASCAR with her husband.
Cynthia is survived by her – Children Patricia (David) Runyan, Randean (Mike Davis) Valkoun, Mark
Valkoun, Ferdinand (Daisy) Valkoun and April (Roger) Kime. She is also survived by 13
Grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren – Cindy is survived by 2 Brothers and 2 Sisters and several
Nieces, Nephews and Cousins. She is also survived by Man's Best Friend, “PJ”. Cynthia was pre-
deceased by her husband William R. Ide and her Father & Mother, Earl & Margaret Clapp and her
brother Jerry Clapp.
Funeral Services will be Wednesday October 3, 2018 at 1:00 p.m. at the Lee Ramsay Funeral
Home- STANDISH CHAPEL with Pastor Jose Rodriguez officiating. Burial will be in Alger Cemetery,
Alger, Michigan. The family will greet family and friends Tuesday, October 2, 2018, 4p.m.-8p.m. and
Wednesday October 3, 11a.m until time of service at 1p.m. |
