PILON, Elva Mae - Of Flint, age 83, died Sunday, December 7, 2014
at Reverence Hospice.
Memorial service will be held 12:30pm Friday, December 12, 2014
at Higher Ground Ministries, 6005 Miller Road, Swartz Creek,
Pastor Jim Garfield officiating.
Cremation has taken place.
Visitation 11am Friday until the time of the service at the church.
Elva was born in Rector, Arkansas on December 31, 1930. She was a member of Higher Ground Ministry and a longtime member of Eastern Star. She enjoyed her time with her Friends in Christ.
Surviving are her children, James and wife Ann of Durand, Richard Ray, Jr. and wife Karen of Bartlett, Tennessee, Mark and wife Anne of Virginia, Brad and wife Yvonne of Flint, Kevin and wife Michele of Flint, Kelly and husband Jerry Dodd of Grand Blanc;
13 grandchildren;
28 great-grandchildren;
1 great-great-grandson;
brother, Herschell and wife Lillian Russell of Flint;
sister-in-law, Mary Ann Russell of Lapeer;
and many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, George and Pearl Lewis and brother, Bill.
