PRINCE, Mildred Maude - Of Swartz Creek, died Monday, August 11, 2014 at Curry House Assisted Living.
Funeral service will be held 1pm Friday, August 15, 2014 at the Swartz Funeral Home, 1225 West Hill Road, Flint.
Burial in Sunset Hills Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society or Hospice of Michigan.
Visitation 6-8pm Thursday and 12pm Friday until the time of the service at the funeral home.
Ms. Prince was born in Oakley, MI on November 24, 1932, to Burril and Eathel Crane. Ms. Prince was employed by Baxter Finance for 50 years, retiring in 2009.
Surviving are 4 children, David and wife Shawn Prince of Loudon, TN, Donna and husband Mike Britton of Fife Lake, Dale Prince of Flint, Diana Prince of Florida;
8 grandchildren, David, Bill, Brian, Kris, Alana, Danelle, Dale Jr. and Rochelle; 11 great-grandchildren;
2 sisters, Mary and husband Bernard Walker of Flint and
Lois Fondren of Flushing;
2 brothers, Raymond and wife Mary Ann Crane of Birch Run and
Harold (Rose) Crane of Burt;
many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, brother, Glenn; and special friends, Clarence "Bud" Sisco and Leonard Keirns.
