SHRABLE, Goldman - Of Flint, age 95, died Friday, April 19, 2013 at his residence.
Funeral service will be held 11am Monday, April 22, 2013
at the Swartz Funeral Home, 1225 West Hill Road, Flint,
Chaplain Anthony Ferriel officiating.
Burial in Evergreen Cemetery.
Visitation 9:30 am Monday until the time of the service at the funeral home.
Goldman was born in West Plains, Arkansas on May 17, 1917. On September 11, 1939, he married Ruby Woodhouse in Blytheville, Arkansas. Goldman retired from General Motors-Buick. He was a longtime member and usher at First General Baptist Church.
Surviving are wife, Ruby;
daughter, Martha Killbreath-Buben (Steve) Buben of Flint;
grandchildren, Michael (Regan) Killbreath of Flushing, Ronald (Michelle) Killbreath of Burton and Rhonda (Thomas) Meyer of Frankenmuth;
great-grandchildren, William Killbreath, Carrie and husband Chris Seymour, Megan and husband Daniel Farison, Carson Killbreath, Katie Meyer and Alex Meyer;
2 great-great-grandchildren;
brother, Jack Shrable of Arkansas and sister, Lucretia Ray of Arkansas.
