Dyball, Fay C. – of Clio, age 88, died Sunday, November 22, 2015 at Medilodge of Montrose. Funeral services will be held at 11 AM, Wednesday, November 25, 2015 at Messiah Lutheran Church in Clio. Pastor Erik Cloeter officiating. Burial in Flint Memorial Park. Family will receive visitors at the church on Tuesday from 3-8 PM and Wednesday from 10 AM until time of service. Memorial contributions may be made to Messiah Lutheran Church or Heartland Hospice.
Fay was born May 28, 1927 in Cheboygan, Michigan to the late Adolph and Anna (Robinson) Tallman. She graduated from Clio High School in 1945. Fay married Harry W. Dyball on September 15, 1951. He preceded her in death on June 24, 1975. She retired from AC Spark Plug in 1987 with 32 years of service. She was also a member of UAW Local 651. Fay was a charter member of Messiah Lutheran Church in Clio and was a member of the Altar Guild. She was also a member of the Red Hat Society and the Industrial Business Girls (IBG). Fay enjoyed traveling, working outdoors and loved spending time with her grandchildren.
Surviving are: 3 children: Charles Dyball of Clio, Jan (Brian) Witmer of Clio and Debra Potter and fiance', Mike Johnson of Goodrich; 5 grandchildren: Allison Carson, Mandy Looney, Katie Carrick, Brandon Witmer and Erica Witmer; 7 great grandchildren; Many nieces and nephews and special friends. The family would like to extend a special thank you to Heartland Hospice and to Fay's special friends and staff at Medilodge.
