SCHOTT, Ricky Wayne - Of Flint, age 52, died Thursday, May 24, 2012 at his father's home. Funeral service will be held 1 p.m. Wednesday, May 30, 2012 at the Swartz Funeral Home, 1225 West Hill Road, Pastor Dale Lewis officiating. Burial in Evergreen Cemetery. Those desiring may make contributions to The Michigan Humane Society. Visitation 6-8 p.m. Monday and 11 a.m.-8 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
Ricky was the son of Leonard and the late Sarah Ann (McFadden) Schott and was a resident of Flint. He was a member of the Croatian Slovine Club and Eagles Aerie 629 in Flint. He enjoyed golfing in his younger days, fishing and being a "Super Fan" of the St. Louis Cardinals. Ricky worked at AC Delphi for many years before retiring from Buick Motor Division. Surviving are his father, Leonard; brother, Terry;
sister, April Miller; several aunts, uncles, cousins and nephew Rocky Dean Phelps, Jr. He was preceded in death by his mother; brother, Rocky Phelps and brother-in-law, Randy Miller. Your condolences may be shared with the family at www.swartzfuneralhomeinc.com
