DIPZINSKI, Gerald L. - of Davison, MI, age 76, passed away Friday, July 27, 2018 at Genesys Health Park. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 12 PM Tuesday, July 31, 2018; St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church, 404 N. Dayton St., Davison; Rev. Fr. Andrew A. Czajkowski celebrant. Burial will be in St. John Catholic Cemetery. Visitation will be 1-4 and 6-8 PM Monday at Allen Funeral Home, 9136 Davison Rd., Davison and 11 AM – 12 PM Tuesday at the church. A Rosary will be prayed 6:30 PM Monday. Memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimer’s Association.
Gerald was born in Flint, MI on November 29, 1941, son of the late Anthony and Helen (Borowiak) Dipzinski. He married Kathleen Pemberton July 8, 1961. Gerald retired from GM Fisher Body after 30 years. He enjoyed cooking, gardening, woodworking and camping & travelling with Kathleen.
Gerald is survived by his wife, Kathleen; children, Jerry, Tony (Dawn), Helen Frey, Amy (Fremont) Jones and Aggie (Beau) Aldridge; grandchildren, Clayton, Shannon, Alyssa (David), Anthony (Renae), Kayla, Sydney, D.J., Garrett and Hayden; great-grandchildren, Lincoln and Forrest; siblings, Florence Crossen, Dennis (Donna) Dipzinski, Maxine Thompson, Delores (Cliff) Gauthier, Bob Dipzinski and Ted (Betty) Dipzinski. He was preceded in death by Casmer Dipzinski and Joseph Dipzinski.
