WICKHAM, Doris F. – of Flint, age 82, passed away after a long battle of lung and breast cancer on November 9, 2016 at her residence surrounded by her family. Private Services will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Hurley Navigation Fund, 9 West in care of Marsha Schmidt.
Doris was born in McCune, Kansas on April 27, 1934. She married James Wickham on June 26, 1954 in Flint. Doris was a very proud mother and nana.
Doris is survived by her four daughters, Lynn (Matt) Leavitt, Kelly Wickham, Tracy Wickham, Jodi (Warren) Gallagher; grandchildren, Steven (Megan), Cristofer, Mikel, Brent, Coner, Peyton, Cate, Gillian; a great-grandchild expected in January of 2017; sister, Gae Cooper; extended family, Robin Dacko and Michele Shayler; many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her loving husband, James Wickham; very special mother, Ala DeMoss; very special sister, Bonnie Voss and three brothers.
