MEAD, LAWRENCE G. – Of Lincoln, Michigan, age 70, died Monday, June 5, 2023 at McLaren-Flint.
Memorial service will be held at a later date up north in Lincoln, Michigan.
Cremation has taken place.
Lawrence was born in Flint, Michigan on December 16, 1952, the son of Lawrence and Jean (Walls) Mead.
He served in the U.S. Navy.
He loved fishing and hunting.
Mr. Mead was employed by Builders Square and for Self-Serve Lumber for many years.
Surviving are children, Jacquelyn and fiance’ Billy,
Audrianne and husband Timothy Pelky and
Christopher Mead;
grandchildren, Kadyn, Prestyn, Addisyn, Jaydon, Gordon, Ariel, Abbigail and Chase;
brother, Jerry and wife Rita Mead;
sister, Joyce Alexander;
sister-in-law, Kathy Mead;
many nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents; brother, Jim and brother-in-law Ron Alexander.
