Willard Lawrence Judd, 86, of Mayville died at home Sunday, July 30, 2017. He was born October 4, 1930 in Lapeer to parents Frank and Marjorie (Powell) Judd. He married Lois J. McPherson on April 9, 1984 in Lapeer.
Mr. Judd was a lifetime hard worker, he was known as a great carpenter by trade. He loved his house and property where he would hunt and fish there, do yardwork, gardening and use the backhoe (as recent as last month). Willard also loved his truck and dogs: Gidget and Willie.
He is survived by his wife Lois, daughters: Angela Judd of LO; Joyce Colosky; Lisa (Helmut) Wimmer; Betty Ann Edgert, many grandchildren and great – grandchildren, siblings: Roger and Joyce. Willard was preceded in death by his son: Willard Edward Judd, siblings: Richard, Ronnie, Luella as well as his parents.
Mr. Judd's visitation will be 4–8 p.m. Tuesday at Muir Brothers Funeral Home, Lapeer. His funeral will be 11:00 AM Wednesday, August 2, 2017 at Muir's. Burial will follow in Dawn Memorial Cemetery, Lapeer.
