ERICKSON, Jack A. – Of Davison, age 92, died Sunday, March 23, 2014 at Lifehouse Prestige Pointe.
Graveside service will be held at 10:30 a.m. Thursday, March 27, 2014 at Great Lakes National Cemetery 4200 Belford Road, Holly, MI.
Burial in Great Lakes National Cemetery.
Visitation 1-8 p.m. Wednesday at the Swartz Funeral Home, 1225 West Hill Road.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Humane Society of Genesee County.
Jack was born in Potsdam, New York on March 19, 1922, son of the late John and Anna (Oakes) Erickson.
He was a Veteran serving in the U.S. Navy during World War II.
He was a member of Davison VFW Post #4087.
He was an avid golfer.
Mr. Erickson was employed by AC Spark Plug Division as a Supervisor, retiring in 1981.
Surviving are son, Steve Erickson (Mary Clark);
daughter, Karen (Larry) Miller;
grandchildren, Jeff Bloss, Jody (Debra) Bloss, Ashley Erickson, Michael and Mackenzie Clark;
great-grandchild, James Bloss.

He was preceded in death by one brother and sister-in-law, Howard and Joyce Erickson and daughter-in-law, Marcia Erickson.
