MOST, ALAN LEE “BIG AL” - Of Grand Blanc, MI, age 67, passed away Tuesday, September 15, 2020 at his home, surrounded by his loved ones, after a brave battle with ALS. Cremation has taken place. Visitation will be held at Swartz Funeral Home in Flint from 11am-3pm on Monday, September 21, 2020 with a private service immediately following.
Alan was born in Flint, MI on August, 25 1953, son of the late Ralph and Joan (Graham) Most and was the oldest of their eight children. He married Debbie Wollard on August 24, 1974 in Clio, MI and together they raised three daughters. He was a loving and devoted husband for 46 years. He was a graduate of Flushing High School, class of 1971 and worked as an Industrial Electrician for over 40 years.
Alan was an avid golfer and bowler who celebrated bowling a perfect score of 300, 3 times. He also enjoyed classic car shows, collecting diecast cars and having a rum and coke with his friends and brothers.
His greatest joy in life was spending time with his grandchildren. He especially loved watching them play sports and never missed a game. He also loved playing card games with his entire family.
The holidays were very important to Alan and he especially loved putting up Christmas lights, decorating his tree and enjoying Christmas music and movies with his family.
Those left to cherish his memory are his wife, Debbie Most, his daughters, Patty Inman and husband Doug, Chevonne Bryant and husband Billy and Amie Jo Most, 4 grandchildren, Mason “Hank” and Avery Bryant, Kendal and Jake Alan Inman, five siblings, several nieces and nephews and countless friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, brother Clayton “Gator” Most and sister Lucille “Lucy” Schooler.
