PETERSON, Kathryn A. (Ross) – Of Grand Blanc, age 77, died Saturday, January 12, 2013 at Crestmont HealthCare Center.
Memorial Service will be held at 12 p.m. Saturday, January 19, 2013 at the Swartz Funeral Home, 1225 West Hill Road, Reverend Glenn Grant officiating.
Per the family’s wishes cremation has taken place.
Those desiring may make contributions to Kirkridge Presbyterian Church or the Parkinson's Foundation.
Visitation 10 a.m. Saturday until the time of the service at the funeral home.
Kathryn was born in Flint, Michigan on August 27, 1935, the daughter of the late Victor and Helen Ross.
Kathryn graduated from Flint Central High School Class of 1953 and attended Ohio Wesleyan College in Delaware, Ohio.
She was a member of the Junior League of Flint, enjoyed shopping, needlework and vacationing in northern Michigan.
Kathryn retired from the Mott Children Health Center, after a 16 year career.
Surviving are two children, Deborah and husband Daniel Peck of Ortonville,
Mark and wife Melissa Peterson of Livonia;
three grandchildren, Stephanie Peck, Andrea Peck and Nicholas Peterson.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Raymond and sister, Mary Lynn Brown.
