CHAND, Rajinder K. – Of Clarkston, age 70, died Thursday, February 23, 2017 at Henry Ford Hospital in Detroit.
Funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, February 25, 2017 at the Swartz Funeral Home, 1225 West Hill Road.
Cremation will take place at a date and time to be determined later.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Humane Society of Genesee County.
Rajinder had been married for 40years.
He enjoyed golfing and a special companionship with his dogs.
Mr. Chand had a long successful career at GM & (EDS)Electronic Data Systems.
Surviving are wife, Sharon Chand (Edson);
sons, Mohit Kumar (Priya)and Aditya;
brothers, Krishen (Sunita) and Ravinder (Deepty);
grandson, Armaan Kumar Chand;
sister-in-law, Connie Cornman;
nieces and nephews, Rishi, Ajay, Gaurav, Anuj, Gita, Ritish and Sonya.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Hukam and Shakuntala Chand; brother, Satish Kumar Chand and sister-in-law, Savita Chand.
