PIJASZEK, Lori A. - Of Grand Blanc, age 54, died Saturday, August 31, 2019 at Ascension Genesys Hospital.
Visitation 1-8 p.m. Saturday, September 7, 2019 at the Swartz Funeral Home, 1225 West Hill Road. Private family services will be held.
Cremation will take place following the service.
Those desiring may make contributions to the American Cancer Society.
Lori was born in Rochester, New York on June 2, 1965, the daughter of Frank and Carol (Sanger) Coon.
On September 19, 1998 she married Ken Pijaszek in Saginaw.
She loved reading, scrapbooking, brewery tours and watching her boys play baseball.
Most of all she loved spending time with her friends, family and her dogs, Barley and Tiggers.
Lori was formerly employed at GM and currently employed at Autoliv, as a Program Manager.
Surviving are husband, Ken;
sons, Justin and Kyle;
parents, Frank and Carol Coon;
mother-in-law, Lois Pijaszek;
brothers-in-law, Mark and wife Lisa Pijaszek and Brian Pijaszek;
sister-in-law, Lisa Norman and
many nephews.
She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Leo and Helen Sanger
and father-in-law, Walt Pijaszek.
