WALKER, SANDRA LEE – A woman of faith and love, age 81, of Flint, died Tuesday, April 16, 2024 at Westfall Adult Foster Care.
Cremation has taken place and a celebration of her life will be held at a later date.
Sandra was born in Flint, Michigan on September 3, 1942, the daughter of the late Kenneth and Dorothy (Dasen) Bellinger.
Sandra graduated from Flint Central High School.
On September 8, 1962 Sandra married Kenneth Walker.
She lived her life serving others. Sandra was a proud member of Westminster Presbyterian Church, where she devoted her time and service.
A loving wife and mother, who was always there for her husband and children. Sandra was a wonderful cook and baker and spent long hours making delicious treats, especially chocolate chip cookies, her families favorite.
Surviving are husband, Kenneth P. Walker;
sons, Robert P. (Kim) Walker and Justin K. (Shelly) Walker;
grandchildren, Kara Walker, Adyson Walker, Jason (Julie) Taylor and Shaun (Tracy) Taylor;
great-grandchildren, Teddy Taylor, Lily Taylor, Colette Taylor and Ophelia Taylor;
sister, Patricia (Randy) Hagensen and brother-in-law, Don Morse.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Kenneth and Dorothy (Dasen) Bellinger; sisters, Linda Hagensen and Diana Morse.
