KLINE, Patricia Ann - Of Flushing, formerly of Flint, age 90, died Thursday, December 27, 2018 at her residence.
Funeral Mass will be celebrated 11am Monday, December 31, 2018 at St. John Vianney Catholic Church, 2415 Bagley Street, Flint, Father Robert McGraw officiating.
Burial in New Calvary Catholic Cemetery will be held 11am Wednesday, January 2, 2019.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to American Red Cross or St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
Visitation 3-8pm Sunday at the Swartz Funeral Home, 1225 West Hill Road, Flint. A Rosary will be prayed 6pm Sunday evening at the funeral home. Visitation 10am Monday at church until the time of the Mass.
Patricia was born in Flint on August 16, 1928, the daughter of the late Michael and Margaret (Menosky) Mackos. She married Walter Leroy Kline in Flint, Michigan and he preceded her in death. Patricia worked for the American Red Cross for 32 years, she was the director of the blood program at the Flint Chapter. She subsequently became Office Manger of the Lapeer Office and an active member of the Zonta Organization International. Patricia was a former member of St. Agnes and All Saints Church and a member of St. John Vianney Catholic Church.
Surviving are son, Thomas Michael Kline;
nieces and nephew;
beloved cousins, great nieces and nephews and great-great nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Walter Leroy Kline, brothers and sister, Matthew Mackos, Lawrence Mackos and Donna Jenkins.
