BELLOWS, Douglas Edwin - Of Flint, age 67, died Saturday, June 2, 2018 at The Landings of Genesee Valley.
Visitation 1-4pm Saturday, June 9, 2018 at the Swartz Funeral Home, 1225 West Hill Road, Flint.
Cremation will take place following the visitation.
Contributions may be made to Absolute Hospice.
Douglas was born in Junction City, Kansas on August 7, 1950. On June 12, 1970, he married Christine Steward in Swartz Creek. Douglas worked for General Motors for many years. He enjoyed collecting comics, especially Superman comics. Douglas loved the outdoors and working at his campground on Lake Michigan, which he owned.
Surviving are wife, Christine;
daughter, Jennifer;
sons, Sean (Yoshiko) and Courtney;
grandchildren, Taylen, Emily, Nicholas, Miro, Conan;
mother, Bernice;
sister, Karen;
and nephews, Nathan, Ryan, Colin.
He was preceded in death by his father, Edwin.
