ONALEE FOLSOM, age 81 of Otter Lake, died Tuesday, January 2, 2017. Her funeral service will be held on Friday, January 6, 2017 at 11AM at the Mumford-Hudson Funeral Home, with Rev. Ann Norton officiating. Burial will follow in West Deerfield Cemetery. The family will receive visitors on Thursday, January 5, 2017 from 10AM-8PM at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Scleroderma Foundation, 23999 Telegraph Rd. Southfield, MI 48033. Onalee was born on December 18, 1935 to John and Beatrice Harvey. She was a member of the Otter Lake Literary Club, Otter Lake Methodist Church, and was a 4H leader for 35 years. She is survived by her daughters: Susan (James) Simpson and Sharon (Johnny) Koyl; grandchildren: Brianna Simpson, Daryl Simpson, Branden Simpson, Stephanie (Dominic) Debono, and Jenny Gross; great-grandchildren: Jazmyn, Kaelynn, Jolee, Apollo, Blaze, Trinity, and Christian; sisters: Rosezetta Johnson and Esther Sova; sister-in-law, Diane Harvey; brother-in-law, Harley Folsom; and special family friend, Cliff Stockton. She is preceded in death by her husband, Howard; sons: David and Jamie Folsom; parents; and brother, Tom Harvey. |
