BERTRAM, Leslie D. Sr. - age 82 of Grand Blanc, passed away February 16, 2020. A Celebration of Life Gathering will be held 2PM Sunday, March 1, 2020 at Brick Street of Grand Blanc 1223 E. Grand Blanc Rd. Grand Blanc. Arrangements by Sharp Funeral Home and Cremation Center, 6063 Fenton Rd., Flint. Those desiring may make memorial contributions to the Ronald McDonald House.
Leslie was born May 16, 1937 in Flint, the son of Leslie Newton and Dulcie Jean (Adams) Bertram. He married Judith L. Hyde February 2, 1980. Leslie graduated from Flint Tech. High School where he was an accomplished athlete. He proudly served in the U.S. National Guard. Leslie attended Mott Jr. College and Flint Barber Academy. He held a life long Barbers License. Leslie also owned Encore! Encore! Catering. He worked as General Forman at Fisher body. Leslie loved music and enjoyed fly fishing and traveling.
Surviving are: his beloved wife of 40 years, Judith; children, Cindy (Dave) Shields, Leslie "Butch" (Julie) Bertram, Jr., Ryan Bertram, Garrett Bertram; 8 grandchildren; 6 great grandchildren; sisters, Nancy Davis, Alice Floeter; brother in law, Bruce (Bev) Hyde; several nieces and nephews.
