REYNOLDS, Ruby M. - Of Flint, age 97, died Tuesday, August 25, 2015 at Willowbrook Manor. Funeral service will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday, August 29, 2015 at Swartz Funeral Home 1225 West Hill Road, Pastor Kirk Bodem officiating. Burial in Crestwood Cemetery. Visitation 1-8 p.m. Friday and 11 a.m. until the time of the service on Saturday at the funeral home. Mrs. Reynolds was born in Molden, Missouri on September 21, 1917 and was the daguhter of the late Arthur and Maudie Crain. Ruby was a lifetime member of First General Baptist Church, where she taught Sunday School and was a member of the Ladies' Guild. She enjoyed quilting, bowling, her church activities and spending time with her family. She also enjoyed gardening and was a lifetime member of Flint Yard & Garden. Surviving are her 2 sons, Gerald and wife Karen of Flint, Budford and wife Carole of Newberry; 8 grandchildren, Christina, Cathy, Kristen, Jason, Donna, Vicki, Terri and Brenda; many great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren;
brother, Donald Crain of Texas; sister, Margaret Griffin of Paragould, Arkansas; several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, Lillard; daughter, Nancy Stimac; 6 siblings, Cletus, Melvin, Buster, Ruth, Audrey and Vernon.
