LINN, Helen M. “Lynne” – of Davison, age 68, passed away January 13, 2018 at her residence. Visitation will be 2-8 PM Wednesday, January 17, 2018, at Allen Funeral Home, 9136 Davison Rd., Davison. Cremation will follow the visitation. Memorial contributions may be made to the University of Michigan Hospitals – Cardiac. This area was instrumental in saving Lynne’s life several times.
Lynne was born in Pontiac, MI on February 9, 1949, daughter of the late Walter R. and Joyce M. (Pluto) Smale. She married Roger D. Linn on May 3, 1969. Lynne was a Branch Manager at Michigan National Bank for 20 years. She enjoyed playing golf, dancing, tending to her flowers and plants, playing Scrabble and watching the Shopping Channel. Her greatest joy was spending time with her grandsons.
Lynne is survived by her husband, Roger; daughter, Jennifer Linn; grandsons, Tyler and Parker Linn; sisters, Sherry Hand, Cindy (Dennis) Day, Joy (Mark) Beitler; several nieces and nephews including Nick Smith. The family would like to thank Destini Kelly and Rhonda Manning for the care and compassion they gave to Lynne.
