Marylou Maynard, age 71, of Kingston passed away Friday, August 31, 2018 at her home with her family by her side.
She was born March 31, 1947 in Lapeer, MI. She married George Maynard on October 14, 1972 in Kingston, MI.
Marylou was a member of Kingston Wesleyan Church and taught Sunday School for over 10 years, and loved the children she taught. She enjoyed shopping, knitting, hummingbirds and Avon.
Marylou is survived by her loving husband, George; her daughter, Marsha (Robert) Davis; and her grandson, Mikey Davis, who affectionately called her “Bluebird.”
She was preceded in death by her son, Dale Maynard and her mother, Margaret Williams.
A Funeral Service will be held at 11 AM Wednesday, September 5, 2018 at Kingston Wesleyan Church, 3248 Washington St., Kingston, MI 48741 with Reverend Len Wyatt officiating.
The family will receive visitors from 10 AM until the time of service at the church.
Memorial Contributions may be given to the Kingston Wesleyan Church.
