SKRCENY, Ronald L. – Of Swartz Creek, age 75, died Saturday, December 10, 2016 at McLaren-Flint.
Memorial service will be held at a later date.
Cremation has taken place.
Ronald was born in Flint, Michigan on December 16, 1940, the son of Frank and Nellie (Rose) Skrceny.
In 1961 he married Frances Parks and they had two children, Debra Erickson, Lance and wife Michelle and then in 1981 he married Mary Somers.
He spent his retirement fishing in Canada and enjoyed gardening.
Mr. Skrceny was employed by GM for 45 years.
Surviving are grandchildren, Matthew Hurley,
Danielle Erickson,
Britnie Skrceny,
Lyndsey and husband Bill Crockett;
six great-grandchildren, Lylah, Baylee, Sophie, Austin, Lily and Mattilyn;
brother, Gerald and wife Elaine;
sister, Beverly Deaver;
many nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Frank and Nellie Skrceny and sister, Judy.
