Craig S. Doshier, 57 of Flint, Michigan passed away on Tuesday July 2, 2024. Craig was born to
Sandra and Kenneth Doshier on October 31,1966 in Rockford, Illinois.
Craig moved to Davison Michigan at age 10 with his mother Sandra and sister Lori. Craig attended
Davison schools, then moved to Flint and graduated from Southwestern High School in 1984.
Craig worked at Farmer Jacks followed by Meijer’s for 10 years, then was self-employed for
approximately 20 years laying flooring, painting and remodeling homes.
Craig was married to Rhonda Jean Sutherland of Flint for 10 years and they had two beautiful daughters, Kayla and Kristin.
Craig is survived by his mother Sandra Doshier of Flint, daughters Kayla Doshier of Grand Rapids and Kristin Doshier of Raleigh, NC, sister Lori (Sterling) Barnhart and nephew Sean Barnhart of Corunna, MI, Aunt Fae Beck of Clio, MI and many cousins. He was proceeded in death by his father Kenneth Doshier of Mesa, AZ. He leaves behind many lifelong friends, and he will be sorely missed.
A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, August 3, 2024, at Higher Ground Ministries, 6005 Miller Road, Swartz Creek, MI 48473. Pastor Jim Gosnell to officiate. Visitation with the family will take place from 10:30-11:30 am, followed by a service at 11:30 am and a luncheon provided by his family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Food Bank of Eastern Michigan, 2300 Lapeer Road, Flint, MI 48503. |
