RANDY “AXLE” FOLEY, age 57 of Genesee, died Saturday, August 10, 2019 at McLaren - Flint. Honoring his wishes, cremation has taken place and a memorial service will be held at a later date. Axle was born in Flint, MI on February 15, 1962 to his late mother, Donna Arntfield, and was named Harlan Eugene Arntfield. He was adopted by the late, Marie and Neil Foley, who named him Randy Neil Foley. He served his country in the US Army and became an over-the-road truck driver. He worked for Bill and Nancy Szikszay for over 20 years at Sziksay Farm. Axle enjoyed racing cars at the local tracks, spending time with his grandchildren, going for long drives with Robbin, and watching wrestling with his “Sugar Bear." He is survived by his fiancée, Robbin Powers; children: Jodi (Joseph) Andrews, Chris (Erica) Foley, Jessica Foley, Danny (Farrah) Foley, Brandon (Kaylee) Sanborn, and Jamie (Kevin) Statt; siblings: Laura (Terry) Shaffer and her children: Jessika (George) Wynne, Katelyn Wardwell, Dylan (Kara) Wardwell; Daniel (Rebecca) Raysby and his children: Courtney, Chellsey, Daniel, Lillie, Landen, Leelin, and Loveya; Tony Wiley; and Tonya Beach and her children: Angie Beach and Traci Beach; several grandchildren, aunts, uncles, cousins, and important friends. |
