Smith (Hall), Bonnie Lee of Flushing, age 73, died Thursday, June 2, 2016, at University of Michigan Hospital. Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Tuesday, June 7, 2016, at Rossell Funeral Home. Cremation will follow services. Visitation will be 5-8 p.m. Sunday, 12-8 p.m. Monday, and 10 a.m. until the time of the service Tuesday at the funeral home.
Bonnie was born in Flint, Michigan, on February 19, 1943, the daughter of Robert and Bonnie (Wiley) Guthrie. She married Mack Smith at the Friendship Free Will Baptist Church in Flint, Michigan, on November 9, 1963. They were married 53 wonderful years. Bonnie loved traveling with her family to Cedar Point, Las Vegas, Acapulco and Niagara Falls. She especially loved spending time with her family, cats and dog.
Bonnie is survived by her husband, Mack; children, Kimberlee (Phillip) Metevier, Mack W. Smith II; she was a special “Ga” to her grandchildren, Danielle, Elijah, Alexis, Jace, Zachary, Dain, Austin; many nieces and nephews; extended family and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents; sister, Rose Marie Letson; and brother, James Hall. |
