TRUJILLO, Lucila – of Flint, age 84, passed away Monday, June 22, 2015 at Genesys Regional Medical Center. Funeral Mass will be celebrated 11 a.m. Thursday, June 25, 2015 at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church, 2316 Coldwater Road, Flint, Michigan 48506 with Fr. Eduardo Lorenzo officiating. Burial follows at New Calvary Catholic Cemetery. Visitation 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. Thursday at the church where the Rosary will be prayed at 9:30 a.m. Thursday. Mrs. Trujillo was born December 25, 1930 in Mexico the daughter of the late Guillermo and Clementina Villagomez. She married Carlos Trujillo on November 14, 1953. Mrs. Trujillo was a member of Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church for over 50 years. She had served on the Altar Society for many years. She had a strong Catholic faith with a devotion to the Blessed Mother and the Sacred Heart of Jesus. She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother who will be dearly missed by her family. Surviving are: her husband of 61 years, Carlos Trujillo; children, Lucy (Jack) Deem, Delia (Larry) Atkins, and Enrique (Sharon) Trujillo; 9 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren; brother, Joe (Kathy) Villagomez; many nieces, nephews and friends. Mrs. Trujillo was preceded in death by her son, David J. Trujillo on February 1, 2012 and by her sister, Chloe Villanueva. Share your condolences with the family at www.brownfh.com. |
