MORSE Jr., Sidney Jay “Pete” – age 62 passed away peacefully, on March 3, 2017 in Detroit, Michigan. Funeral service will be held at 1 PM on Thursday, March 9, 2017 with one hour of visitation prior to the at Reigle Funeral Home – 5501 W. Pierson Road, Flushing, MI with Pastor Tony Umber officiating. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, March 7, 2017 from 12 PM – 8 PM and Wednesday, March 8, 2017 from 12 PM – 8 PM at Reigle Funeral Home. Sid was born on February 14, 1955 in Flint, Michigan to Sidney and Bertha Morse. Sid worked for GM as an assembly line worker for over 30 years. He was an extremely hard worker! He loved to put things together from cars to lawnmowers. Sid had a wonderful personality, he loved to make people laugh whenever he could. He was a wonderful man who will be deeply missed by all who had the pleasure of knowing him. Sid is survived by his mother, Bertha; children: Jennifer (Chris), Jeff (Joy), Jennet (Landon); grandchildren: Bobby, Vashan, Daniel, Johnny, Ryan, Aeson, and Connor; brothers and sisters; and several nieces and nephews.
