Frankenmuth, MI (formerly of Stafford, Virginia)
Went home with the Lord Sunday, April 30, 2017 at her home; age 66 years. Linda Aldrich was born on November 6, 1950 in Lansing, MI to the late Wayne and Dolores Aldrich. She was self-employed as a home healthcare assistant. Lyn attended St. Martin Lutheran Church in Birch Run and attended Bible study at New Covenant Church in Clio.
Surviving are: a son, Robert Bowling III of Lake Ridge, VA; a daughter, Nichole (James) Maday of Pace, FL; 4 grandchildren, Justin, Ashleigh, David and Faith; 3 great grandchildren, Carter, Riley and Addison; 3 sisters, Cindy (Art) Diffin of Frankenmuth, MI, Pam (Larry) Weber of Owosso, MI, Suzi (Drew) Acre of Saginaw, MI; 2 brothers, Rick (Connie) Aldrich of Montrose, MI, Wayne (Wendy) Aldrich of Saginaw, MI and many nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will take place on Saturday, May 6, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. at Cederberg Funeral Home of Frankenmuth, 590 N. Franklin St., Rev. James Chinery will officiate. Cremation is to follow. Lyn’s family will receive visitors on Friday from 2:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. and on Saturday from 10:00 a.m. until the time of service. In lieu of flowers, those planning an expression of sympathy may wish to consider memorials to Underground Railroad.
