MONTAGUE, David F. of Grand Blanc, age 78, passed away Thursday, October 29, 2020 at Ascension Genesys Hospital. Cremation has taken place and no services will be held at this time. Memorial contributions may be made to Davison Lions Club.
David was born in Flint, MI on June 16, 1942, the son of the late Frederick and Gertrude (Lang) Montague. He married Sandra Jean Johnson on September 29, 1962 and she preceded him in death on November 17, 2018. David retired from General Motors after 39 years of service and was a member UAW Local # 598. He was an active member of the Davison Lions Club. David loved tinkering with HAM radios.
David is survived by his children, Heide (Edward) Bolanowski, David Jr. (Helen) and Melissa Montague; grandchildren, Heather, Brandt, Niesha, Isiah and Rosalie; great granddaughter, Lydia; sister, Janice Hewitt; sister-in-law, Deborah (John) Walsh.
