SHEPPARD, Robert J. - Of Burton, age 78, died Friday, March 20, 2020 at his residence.
Private funeral service will be held at the Swartz Funeral Home, 1225 West Hill Road, Flint.
Pastor Mike Cheng officiating.
Burial in Crestwood Cemetery.
Contributions may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
Private visitation will be held.
Robert was born in Flint on March 18, 1942, the son of the late James and Bernadette Sheppard. On June 11, 1966, he married Connie Guilmette. Robert served in the United States Army during conflict earning a Purple Heart. He was employed at Fisher Body Grand Blanc for over 33 years.
Surviving are loving wife, Constance Sheppard;
Children, Robert and Ranee Guilmette, Douglas Sheppard, Trina Sheppard and Daniel Howell, Shane Sheppard and Bridget and Timmy Martinez;
Grandchildren, Joshua and Christen Guilmette, Cierra and Jon Biles, Tyler Guilmette, Jessica and Michael Floreskul, Sheylyn and Everette Howell, Alicia, Veronica and Monica Martinez;
Great-grandchildren, Jorden, Kinnady, Mallory, Landon and Lucas;
And many many more loved family members
