VIERS, Ms. Stacy Lynn – Age 45 passed away peacefully at her home in Corbin, Kentucky on Monday, May 11, 2015.
Memorial Visitation will be held from 4 p.m. until the time of the Memorial Service at 6 p.m. Thursday, May 21, 2015 at the Swartz Funeral Home, 1225 West Hill Road.
She was born in Flint, Michigan on July 26, 1969 to her mother, Patricia Ursery.
She loved spending time with her four sons, Nicky, Nick, Bradey and Luke; her family and friends.
Her passion was life, she loved every second of it. Stacy worked many years and was a very hard worker.
She is preceded in death by her father, Max Tase, Sr. and her brother, Max Tase, Jr.
She is survived by her true love, Tom Prater;
four sons, Nicky, Nick, Bradey and Luke;
her mother, Patricia Ursery;
brothers and sisters, Scott, Annette and Crystal Tase;
her aunts, Jo and Sherry;
many nephews, nieces, great-nephews and nieces; and of course, her four legged babies, Lily and Hoggy and lots of adopted children.
