Paul R. Dorner, age 87, of Columbiaville died October 17, 2016 at home surrounded by his loving family.
Paul was born March 17, 1929 to the late George and Susie Dorner.
He later married Mary J. Coe on July 5, 1949. Paul served as a past member of the Columbiaville Village Council, and he enjoyed gardening, fishing, woodworking, and hunting.
Paul is survived by Mary, his loving wife of 67 years,
Children: Daniel (Nanette) Dorner, Matthew Dorner, Paul (Dianna) Dorner, Nathan (Natasha) Dorner, daughter-in-law: Brenda Dorner,
Siblings: George Dorner, Leatha Campbell, Clifford (Margert) Dorner,
Grandchildren: Scott, Aaron, Matthew, Shane, Angela, Samantha, Savannah, Michael, Joseph, 16 great-grandchildren, and 1 great-great-grandchild.
He was preceded in death by his parents, and son David.
Funeral service 11:00 AM on Friday, October 21, 2016 at Jansen Family Funeral Home, where friends may visit on Thursday 3:00 to 9:00 PM.
Pastor Paul St. Louis officiating. Interment Deerfield Township Cemetery.
