GATLIN, Teresa R. – of Clio, age 55, died Friday, August 17, 2018 at Willowbrook in Flint. Funeral services will be held at 3PM Saturday, August 25, 2018 at the O’Guinn Family Funeral Home in Clio. Dr. Dallas Gatlin officiating. Cremation to follow. The family will receive visitors at the funeral home on Friday from 5PM until 8PM and Saturday from 2PM until the time of service at 3PM. Memorial contributions may be made to the family for future designation.
Teresa was born September 20, 1962 in Flint, Michigan to the late Ronald and Judith (Ayers) Gatlin. She attended Grand Blanc Schools. Teresa enjoyed crafting, activities at the Clio Senior Center, and road trips with her friend, Eldon. She loved music, and attention - especially having her hair brushed. Teresa was known for her collection of VHS tapes, all 1,400 of them carefully labeled alphabetically and in numerical order. She also collected porcelain dolls. Above all, Teresa loved spending time with her daughters and grandchildren, they were her life.
Surviving are: Daughter, Tasha (Randy) Young; Grandchildren: Cassidy Puppan, and Derrick Puppan; Brothers: Ronald (Betty) Gatlin, and Anthony (Sharon) Gatlin.
