Age 75, passed away Sunday, March 22, 2020 at his residence. Family hour 10:00 AM Thursday, March 26, 2020 from the Chapel of Lawrence E. Moon Funeral Home, 906 W. Flint Park Blvd., with funeral service commencing at 11:00 AM; Pastor Kenneth L. Stewart, officiating. Interment Gracelawn Community Cemetery, G-5710 N. Saginaw St. Friends and pallbearers will assemble at the Chapel 10:00 AM Thursday. Mr. Campbell will lie in state in the Chapel of Lawrence E. Moon Funeral Home, Public Viewing will be held only during the family hour. Mr. Campbell was Honorably Discharged from the United States Army.

A single indoor shared space includes but is not limited to a room, hall, cafeteria, auditorium, theater, or gallery. The prohibition on assemblages set forth in this section does not apply to: The prohibition set forth in this section does not abridge protections guaranteed by the state or federal constitution under these emergency circumstances.
